Our Story

Jaana grew up in Finland, and moved to London when she was 19 years old to study fashion at the famous Central St. Martins College, where she gained a First Class Honours degree. Jaana’s first business was a design consultancy to make it easier for designers to get computerised back in the late 90's. Her business pioneered fashion CAD libraries for an impressive client base that included Marks & Spencer and River Island. The clients began asking for design ideas for next season based on runway looks, and in 2002 Trendstop was launched as a dedicated trend forecasting service.
