Client Services Executive & 'Trend Genius'

We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and professional Client Services Executive to join our lovely team.
As well as providing customer service, you would be our 'Trend Genius' answering clients' and prospective clients' trend questions (with support from our trend content team).
Your aim is to provide exceptional support with a smile to ensure that our clients enjoy the best customer experience wherever they are in the world. You would be responsible for providing clients with friendly support, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and the level of support they receive from us.
The role involves building relationships with existing and prospective clients, managing their enquiries, and following up with them throughout their membership to ensure they are making the most of using our services. The role also includes providing site tours for new clients and gathering client feedback and information on their future needs.

You are someone with a passion for fashion and trend forecasting, who loves relationship building, and is outgoing, organised and able to think on their feet to be able to respond to a variety of queries.
You are an excellent communicator in both spoken and written forms, and enjoy speaking to people via email, phone, live chat and video conference. Your communications are always polite and professional, and you have some experience in positive conflict resolution.
You are a confident relationship builder and a natural and effective communicator across various platforms, able to ensure a consistently positive client experience. You are able to confidently and efficiently build rapport with clients and manage even challenging scenarios with a smile.
